Software Acquisition

The agreement with the software supplier is a cornerstone for the implementation project. We know all the ERP software suppliers in general and IFS in particular. Over the last 4 years we have successfully managed several RFP processes including upgrades of IFS Applications and acquisitions of new ERP and other systems.

Project Management

Our consultants have managed over 50 ERP-projects with IFS Applications. With their vast experience, they understand the critical phases of a project; and appreciate the importance of communicating the project plan, securing resources and preparing test scenarios and detailed ‘go-live’ plans.

Design of Core Models

We have managed the design phase of several global projects for our customers, to create future business processes in their ERP systems. This involves leading work groups in collaboration with the customers’ field experts; and leading roll-outs based on core models.

Process and Solution Management

When changing or improving a business process it is very important that the process is founded in the ERP-system. The first step is to document the process, then to configure the ERP-system in such a way that the solution is managed from a cross domain perspective. What impact does the new process have on other ERP processes? How is the master data affected?  What is the financial impact?

We have developed several message based integrations between our clients’ IFS-systems and their customers and suppliers. This requires a good understanding of the business processes involved, context of messages and related technology (IFS Extended Server and message brokers).
